RAINBOW-MOON
FAMILIARS
A few pictures of our animals, who have all been rescued in one way or another. Rainbow Moon actively supports the following:
Bonnie and Harry, our dogs. Bonnie is German Shepherd crossed with something without a brain - bless her! Harry is our most recent addition, and he's a 'scraggy mutt'. On his first trip to the vets, the receptionist looked at me, nodded towards my wife, and said 'she's found something else to adopt, then'!
Fiddler the cat. We found him in our garden last year, and he moved in almost of his own accord. We took him to the vet so we could see if he was ok, and it turns out he's got a mostly metal leg. This became more apparent when he jumped out of the bathroom window without a scratch on him - bionic moggy!
Banjo - father of Bonkers who will appear on this page very soon. Lovely cat who likes nothing more than pleasuring himself on your lap......
This is the place where I like to sit and watch the television - some chance!!
The geese. Our wonderful next door neighbours bred these, but when the birds are confronted with a bag of value meusli, they happily leg it into our garden at breakfast time.
Parsley - must be the biggest cat in the world, surely. Came into the garden as a scrawny kitten, and never stopped growing. We don't feed him any more than the others, but the horses have disappeared from the field behind the house........
Sunny - he's just a lodger for now.
More to come as and when we get them still enough to have their pictures taken!!
